Dina Moeller started Fade To Black Productions in 1994, when legal video consisted mainly of depositions and the occasional Day in the Life Video for trial. As the mediation process became more commonplace, Settlement Communications and Mediation Presentations became an essential tool. Dina's reputation grew in that arena, as satisfied clients recommended her through various organizations such as MATA, the AAJ and the Massachusetts Bar Association. She has degrees from Boston University in both Broadcast & Film and Sociology. This background gives her a strong ability to tell a story in an unflinching, yet compassionate way that does not rely on sentimentality to convey the client's emotional and physical challenges. She sees it as an honor to be entrusted with the telling of someone's story. It is her mission to help an interviewee feel completely at ease talking with her about difficult subject matters. She accomplishes this by treating them with the respect and humor she would hope to be treated with in such a situation. That principle is intergrated throughout the editing phase to produce a video that conveys the strength and dignity the client exudes as they navigate their new set of difficult circumstances. This approach has garnered excellent results for her client base in the New England and New York areas. |
