Depositions:
Depositions are videotaped according to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Shot in digital videotape to ensure high quality and easier editing capabilities. Quality audio is captured with individual lavaliere microphones and a mixer. A continuous date/time stamp is encoded in the original videotape.

Video Transcript Synchronization:
Synchronize the deposition video with your transcript to be able to quickly pull up video portions for your presentation. The synched video can be used with Summation®, TrialDirector®, PowerPoint®, LiveNote® and DepoView®.

Day in the Life Documentaries:
Day in the life videos can be shot and edited to be used at both trials and mediations. They can show the physical struggles your client endures as well as incorporate interviews that discuss the mental and emotional anguish that accompanies their condition. Photos and home movies are also added for impact. Your client's dignity and comfort are our primary concern when shooting.

Settlement Communications:
Used for demand packages or mediations, these videos usually contain interviews with the plaintiff, their family members, care-takers, friends, and co-workers. Home video along with family, accident and hospital photos are included to add impact.

In keeping up with web technology, many law firms are starting to add video interviews in their bio sections. This allows the potential client to have a virtual interview with you - thus initiating a personal connection to your firm.
Once the video is complete, we will work with your web developer to compress it to a format compatible with your potential viewer market.

Editing:
Editing of Mini-DV/S-VHS/ VHS to Mini-DV/ S-VHS/ VHS to our client's specifications via digital editing. Effects such as wipes, dissolves and character generator are included. Overnight editing available at an expedited rate. The final product can be delivered on DVD, CD-Rom, or videotape for your convenience.

Digital Photography:
For site inspections, scars and inventories, digital photography allows stills to be emailed, printed or burned onto CD-Rom. Our 8 megapixel camera allows stills to be blown up to chart sizes without graininess.
